Cleanrooms must have an effective and documented maintenance and monitoring plan. It is a structured set of tasks that includes the activities, procedures, resources and time required to perform maintenance on a facility or equipment.

What machines need maintenance in a cleanroom ?

Performance of the new ET2 for cleanroom washing machines

Our ET2 microprocessor has been designed to take all our machines a step into the future. It features a large 7 ”dual touchscreen – one on each side of the machine – configurable in 37 languages, allowing our models to be used by any operator around the world.

It also allows the loading of personalized programs, in addition to incorporating its own ecological programs with many characteristics, to be chosen according to the need and to offer, as standard, 8 automatic dosing signals.

On the other hand, with this microprocessor, you will benefit from an exhaustive control of the traceability of each wash cycle, remotely, in a comfortable and easy way.

Indeed, our machines are prepared to be managed via IoT, with all the advantages for users, managers or technical service.

Other characteristics of our special cleanroom barrier washers

Considering the DBW 27-35-50-70 models as an example, we can notice all the features that they offer for cleanrooms and how they can be adapted to achieve the best possible results:

  • First of all, they contain numbered electric cables as well as AISI 304 stainless steel panels with a galvanized base.

  • They also have an indirect steam system as well as an external heat exchanger.
  • They have 2 or 3 stainless steel water inlets (depending on customer’s request), 1 stainless steel air inlet, a HEPA 14 filter and stainless steel connections for dosing pumps.
  • They also have a tritration valve in AISI 304 stainless steel
  • They have a drain valve on the left side and a side panel divided into 2.
  • The base of the machine can be in AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • the tank and the drum can be in AISI 316L stainless steel and electropolished.
  • Finally, they have an ergonomic base for a higher loading height, 850 mm at the bottom of the door, in AISI 304 stainless steel.
