At Danube, we are working on sustainable solutions to protect the planet while improving efficiency and quality.

The professional laundry sector is constantly evolving technologically. DANUBE is developing its know-how in terms of innovation to offer machines that adapt to new ecological requirements.

We are committed to finding sustainable, efficient solutions for our industry, and this means selecting specific, adapted equipment.

Danube AQUABAC

There is a range of equipment designed to minimize water and energy requirements, making work easier for professionals. Danube shares its advice and innovations to help you develop or choose an eco-friendly laundry without losing efficiency. We attach particular importance to the washing phase of the laundry process, which is why we developed the AQUABAC system in the first place.

Our water recovery tank system is specially designed for front-mounted and barrier washers. Tank sizes vary according to machine size, with AQUABAC ranging from 80l to 150l for front and barrier washers weighing up to 45kg.

One of our new products for 2023 is the AQUABAC XL, with tanks holding between 1000l and 3000l of water for washers between 45 and 120kg, each tank being easily dismantled for cleaning.

This mechanism means water savings of up to 68%, energy savings of up to 40% thanks to the reuse of hot water from previous wash phases, time savings of up to 21%, and a reduction in the use of chemicals thanks to the reuse of water.

On top of all this, AQUABAC Danube washers are easy to maintain: they are removable and feature a self-cleaning function managed by pre-set programs.

Combined with a well-designed building, your business will have less impact on the environment.

The automatic dosing system

Minimizing water consumption is also vital for small installations. That’s why we’ve developed automatic dosing technology.

This system of dosing pumps placed at the rear of the machine ensures that the right amount of detergent is introduced into the washer, thereby controlling costs, reducing water and energy consumption, improving wash quality, and giving total control over the dosing phase thanks to ET2.

For us, cost savings and sustainability are essential to remain competitive and meet the eco-responsible demands of our era.
