Industrial presses, easy to use with high features
Automatic presses are very easy to use thanks to their pneumatic operation. Controlled by two push buttons, they have a high, adjustable pressure force, as well as two possible plate shapes: the P-UB universal press is perfect for finishing large pieces and the P-CPB press, special for collars and cuffs, completes the shirt finishing process.
They are available in self-contained version with an electric boiler and compressor incorporated or to be connected to an external steam and compressed air supply, on request and according to your needs.
UNIVERSAL PRESS: P-UB
- Up steaming lower and upper board.
- Plates dimensions: 1170 x 360 x 220 mm
- Press head controlled by two push buttons
- Built-in vacuum unit
- Air working pressure: 6 – 7 bar
- Steam working pressure: 4 – 5 bar
- Ready to be connected to central steam and air supply (available with or without built-in boiler, with or without built-in air compressor, on request)
COLLAR AND CUFF PRESS: P-CPB
- Collar and cuffs bucks
- Up steaming lower board
- Polished upper board
- Lowering of the upper buck controlled by two push buttons.
- Built-in vacuum unit
- Air working pressure: 6 – 7 bar
- Steam working pressure: 4 – 5 bar
- Ready to be connected on central air and steam supply (available with or without built-in boiler, with or without built-in air compressor, on request)
Options
- Built-in electric steam boiler 16 Litres (12 kW).
- Built-in air compressor 2 HP.
- Group of iron + pedal.
- Spray gun for steam.
- Polished upper buck for laundry (P-UB model)
