Washing machines with sanitary barrier
Washing machines with sanitary barrier are ideal for residences, hospitals, health centers, etc. In DANUBE we have 3 lines of sanitary washer extractors with different capacities.
The washing machines of the MEDICAL line are specially designed for residences and hospitals with capacities ranging from 16 to 22 kg. Equipped with the ET2 microprocessor and a 7” screen, the washers show tutorials and all the instructions for greater control. They also feature a double door system to prevent cross contamination.
DBW sanitary barrier washers meet the needs of environments that require impeccable laundry with high productivity and performance. These washers range from 27 to 70 kg with integrated Easy Touch 2 (ET2) control.
The Pullman high-speed sanitary washer follows the strictest hygiene standards throughout your hospital laundry process. With a capacity of 100 kg and the large door design, it facilitates easy loading and unloading of linen. In addition, its high FACTOR G allows for reduced residual moisture and drying time on the garments.
AQUABAC Tanks
AQUABAC water recovery tanks are easily connected to the washing machines by means of the Easy Touch 2 microprocessor, allowing water recovery during rinsing. This saves between 40% and 70% of water and energy consumption. This is why our AQUABAC tanks have become an essential part of the laundry machinery.

Ozone cabinets allow to deodorize and sanitize all types of clothing, accessories and materials thanks to ozone, a colorless gas that destroys, during its oxidation process, microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and fungi.
Ironing - drying
Ironers become the ideal laundry machinery, especially in small businesses such as restaurants, hotels, hostels, etc. thanks to their simplicity and high efficiency. However, the R2D25 wall ironers of our GOLD range, allow to iron a larger quantity of flat linen and a better evaporation thanks to their extraction, adjustable speed and their variator. The latter function as a flatwork ironer without the need to lift the ironing tray.
DANUBE flatwork ironers are available in four main ranges: 200, 325, 500 and 650. The 200 mm ironers and 325 mm ironers are the smallest and allow drying and ironing garments in small stores with high performance. The 500 mm flatwork ironer and 650 mm flatwork ironer are the largest and offer high productivity levels to meet the most demanding requirements.
On the other hand, DANUBE compact calenders are characterized by being the best option when faced with a large volume and workload. The different models of compact ironers (S, SP and SPE) become the best option in small spaces but with a large amount of flat linen to iron.
