Compact S flatwork ironers are designed to maximise efficiency and productivity in laundry processing by saving energy and space.
The range is available in roll diameters of 600, 800 or 1000 mm, and is specially designed for high productivity while saving space. It is flexible and versatile, adapting to all the needs of structures requiring high performance. The ironers are available in two working widths: 2m60 and 3m30, and 3 types of heating: electric, gas or steam.
Main features of the S range
- Dries and irons in a single operation straight from a high-spin washer
- White lacqued steel panels
- 1 or 2 working lanes: 1 lane for bed sheets and 2 lanes for table cloth and small items
- Frequency inverter
- Feeding and ironing by Nomex belts
- ø 600, 800 or 1000 mm polished roll
- Digital control: creation of programmes with speed (between 3 and 18 m/min) and temperature parameters
- High production capacity, depending on the residual moisture content of the linen, up to 331 kg/h (radiant gas model: the most flexible and productive)
- Electric, steam or gas heating (atmospheric burners or radiant burner)
- Powerful extraction system
Options for S range
- Vacuum belts to help feeding linen
- Automatic 1 lane clamp feeder (vacuum feeding belts not included)
- Rear exit + by-pass
- Motorized rear exit, height 860 mm (rear exit included)
- Small pieces 2 lanes back collector
- Small pieces 4 lanes back collector
