Productivity for large volumes of laundry with folding
The SP compact ironers are designed to maximise efficiency and productivity in laundry processing by saving energy and space.
This range is available with roll diameters of 600, 800 or 1000 mm and is equipped with a longitudinal folder. Flexible and versatile, these models can be fitted with an optional external counter-folder and stacker to suit high-performance requirements. They are available in two working widths: 2.60 m and 3.30 m, and 3 types of heating: electric, gas or steam.
Main features of the SP range
- Dries and irons in a single operation directly from a high spin washer.
- White lacquered steel panels.
- 1 or 2 working lanes: 1 lane for bedsheets and 2 lanes for table cloth and small items.
- Longitudinal folding (1 or 2 folds).
- Folding by photocell and compressed air.
- Polished roll ø 600, 800 or 1000 mm
- Frequency inverter
- Feeding and ironing by Nomex belts
- Digital control: creation of programmes with speed (between 3 and 18 m/min), temperature and folding parameters.
- Electric, steam or gas heating (atmospheric burners or radiant burner).
- High production capacity, up to 253 kg/h depending on the residual moisture content of the laundry (radiant gas model: the most flexible and productive)
- Powerful extraction system.

- Automatic 1 lane clamp feeder (vacuum feeding belts not included)

- Double air pressure length folds for thicker linen
