In DANUBE we have 3 different capacities, 313, 626 and 1252 litres, manufactured with grey or black skinplate and a robust double panel construction that guarantees a total watertightness in the disinfection process. What are the washing stages of our ozone cabinets for laundries?
The disinfection process with ozone cabinets consists of three phases: filling the cabinet, concentrating the compartment with the material to be disinfected and the third phase is the destruction of the ozone and then emptying the cabinet. In the following we will detail the process in each phase:
- Phase 1: the cupboard is filled with the garments and accessories to be disinfected and the door is locked to start the process.
- Phase 2: Next, the processing time is chosen according to the garment or degree of disinfection required. The cabinet generates the ozone through its system of ceramic plates that concentrate up to 7 ppm.
- Phase 3: Once the cycle has expired, the ozone destruction phase begins to lower the ozone to levels that are not harmful to the user and thus unblock the ozone cabinet door. The destruction is produced by active carbon filters that do not require extra ventilation.
